Once your business is up and running and you are able to pay your whole team, we ask that anything leftover goes to our sustainability and abundance effort (You can find out more on Our Goal page). And that when someone new joins you pass that support forward, help them achieve their goals as well.
A ready-made constitution, legal and tax templates for your business, so your spare hours go into the building, not the bureaucracy. Startup capital from the network and its patrons, no equity given up, no investors to answer to, no pressure for an early release.

Founding here is closer to raising a child than holding an investment: the company is in your care, not your portfolio. You can do well — a market-rate wage from day one once it's funded, and the say over what every złoty of the surplus you create builds. What you can't do is get rich from an exit: profit is never personal, there are no outside shareholders to sell to, and by design no path to a personal fortune. Comfortable — never dynastic. If a fortune is the goal, this isn't the place. If raising something that outlasts you, and lifts everyone it touches, is the goal — it's exactly the place.
