Growing to a full market salary for every role is the first priority of any new abundance business. Until it gets there, everyone earns the same percentage of their market rate, as much as the business can fund after its fixed costs.

No hierarchy of control. One person, one vote, and an equal say for everyone.
- Founders are just the first member. No founder’s share and no extra votes. The same salary and single say as everyone who joins later.
- Standing is earned, not bought. Influence and responsibility come from delivery, never from money or shares.
- Nothing to capture. With no equity to acquire, a Plant company can’t be bought, flipped, or taken over from the outside.
- Entrenched by its members. The rules live in a constitution that takes a 75% vote of the people to change.
Grow one in your spare time.
You don’t have to quit your job to start a Plant. Greenhouse is abundance’s incubator for first-time founders. Templates, mentoring and a funded runway that lets you build a company in the evenings and weekends, alongside others making the same journey, until it can carry you and your team full-time.
Flood the market until the price falls.
Tree companies are our bread and butter. It pours the network’s capital and talent into producing so much supply, housing, food, energy, etc; that the market price itself comes down, for everyone. It Our main goal has always been and will always be, to bring the cost of essential good down as much as possible.
- Allocation Day. Once the books show profit, the whole crew decides what it builds, a company-wide day of results, pitches from the ventures asking to be funded, a vote from every member, and a celebration whatever the outcome.
- Expertise flows onward. Mentor the next generation of plants. What you learned raising your company is the most valuable thing you can give the next one.
- Plants raise Trees together. No single plant funds a Tree alone. Orchard is where companies pool: profits, know-how, supply relationships into the big, capital-intensive businesses that make essentials cheaper for everyone.
